Consent to Data Transfer for AI Review
Version of test-2026-10-05
You give this consent before each check of the deal terms by the AI assistant by ticking the consent box. Without consent the check does not start; other features of the PayMeSafe service do not depend on it.
1. To whom you give consent
-
By ticking the box, you give PayMeSafe Test Operator (the "Operator") consent to the processing of your personal data and to its cross-border transfer on the terms below.
- Operator's address: Test address, not a legal address
2. What data is transferred
-
The text of the deal terms you send for the check, including personal data if the text contains any.
-
The deal fields: template, your role in the deal, subject and payment (type, amount, currency), deal deadlines.
-
The interface language and the time the check was started.
Your name, email address, profile data, wallet addresses, deal files and messages in the deal feed are not transferred.
3. To whom and where the data is transferred
-
The data is transferred to an external AI model provider that processes it on the Operator's instructions. Currently this is OpenRouter, Inc. (USA).
-
OpenRouter forwards the request to the provider of the language model that performs the check. The Operator sends the request with settings that prohibit storing it after the response and using it to train models.
-
This is a cross-border transfer: the data leaves the country where the Operator is located, including to the USA. The law of the recipient's country may protect personal data differently from the law of the Operator's country.
4. Purpose
- To check the text of the deal terms at your request and show you the AI assistant's findings.
5. What is done with the data
-
Collection, recording, storage, use, transfer to the AI model provider, deletion. Processing is automated.
-
The text sent for the check and the results of the check are kept together with the deal data so that you can return to previous checks, in the manner and for the periods described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Validity and withdrawal
-
Consent is given for one check and is valid from the moment the box is ticked. Before the next check you give it again.
-
You can withdraw consent by writing to test@example.invalid. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing the data obtained on the basis of this consent within the period and in the manner established by law.
-
Withdrawal does not undo a check already performed: the text transferred to the provider cannot be returned.
7. Other people's personal data
- Include other people's personal data, such as your partner's, in the text of the terms only when you have a lawful basis for it. You are responsible for such data.
8. How consent is recorded
- The Operator records the consent: the account, the check, the version of this consent, the date and time, the IP address and browser details.
9. About the AI assistant's answer
This section is not part of the consent. It explains what you confirm with a second, separate box before the check.
-
The AI assistant's answer is not legal advice. A language model can make mistakes, miss important points and suggest unsuitable wording.
-
Only what you have accepted or written yourself goes into the text of the terms. You and your partner decide on the deal terms.
