Consent to Processing of Identity Document Copy

Version of test-2026-10-05

You give this consent before each upload of a document for identity verification in the PayMeSafe service by ticking the consent box. Without consent the document is not uploaded.

1. To whom you give consent

  1. By ticking the box, you give PayMeSafe Test Operator (the "Operator") consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms below.

    • Operator's address: Test address, not a legal address

2. What data is processed

  1. A copy of a document proving your identity — an image or scan of a passport, a national ID card, a driver's license or another document.

  2. The data contained in the document, to the extent it is shown there: surname, first name, patronymic, date and place of birth, sex, citizenship, photograph, document number, date of issue, expiry date and details of the issuing authority.

  3. The document type, the upload date, the result and date of the check.

3. Purpose

  1. To verify your identity before withdrawals and AI reviews of the deal terms.

  2. To comply with the legal requirements that apply to the Operator.

4. What is done with the data

  1. Collection, recording, storage, viewing and comparison with the account data, use for the verification decision, deletion.

  2. An employee of the Operator checks the document manually, without automated recognition.

  3. The document copy is stored on the servers the service runs on and is not passed to third parties, except where the law requires it.

5. How the document copy is stored

  1. The document copy is kept in closed storage and cannot be opened by a direct link.

  2. Only employees of the Operator who carry out identity verification have access to it.

  3. Other Users, including partners in deals, do not see the document copy. The public profile shows only a mark that verification is completed.

6. Period

  1. The consent is valid until the account is closed or the consent is withdrawn.

  2. When the account is closed, document copies are deleted.

7. How to withdraw consent

  1. You can withdraw consent by writing to test@example.invalid from the account's email address.

  2. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing the document copy and deletes it within the period set by law, unless the law requires it to be kept longer.

  3. Without consent, identity verification cannot be completed, and without completed verification, withdrawals and AI reviews are unavailable.

8. How consent is recorded

  1. The Operator records each consent: the account, the uploaded document, the version of this consent, the date and time, the IP address and browser details.

9. Your rights

  1. How to get information about processing, correct or delete data is described in the Privacy Policy.
