Prohibited Use

This document forms part of the Terms of Service of the PayMeSafe service. It lists what the service may not be used for and what PayMeSafe Test Operator (the "Operator") does in case of a breach. The list is not exhaustive: any other use of the service in breach of the law is also prohibited.

1. Illegal deals

The following deals may not be carried out through the service:

  1. deals on goods, works and services whose circulation is prohibited by law or requires a permit the party does not have: narcotic drugs, weapons, forged documents and money, stolen property and the like;

  2. deals aimed at evading sanctions, restrictions and prohibitions established by law;

  3. deals for laundering proceeds of crime, financing terrorism or other illegal activities;

  4. deals made only for appearance or to disguise another deal.

2. Fraud and deception

Prohibited:

  1. Deceiving a partner about the subject of the deal, your identity or intentions.

  2. Providing forged evidence of delivery, false documents or false information in a dispute.

  3. Impersonating another person, the Operator or its employees.

  4. Sending invitations to people who have not agreed on a deal, using invitations and messages for advertising, extortion or obtaining passwords, codes and funds by deception.

3. Third-party rights

Prohibited:

  1. Infringing intellectual property rights, including selling counterfeit goods and other people's works without permission.

  2. Posting other people's personal data in deal terms, messages, files or text for an AI review without a lawful basis.

  3. Posting offensive, defamatory and other information whose dissemination is prohibited by law.

4. Actions against the service

Prohibited:

  1. Gaining or attempting to gain access to other people's accounts, data and funds.

  2. Uploading malware and malicious files.

  3. Interfering with the service: overloading it with requests, bypassing limits and checks, automating actions bypassing the interface.

  4. Exploiting errors of the service to obtain funds or advantages. A discovered error must be reported to support.

  5. Inserting instructions into the text for an AI review that make the AI assistant act contrary to its purpose.

5. Account

Prohibited:

  1. Registering more than one account per person.

  2. Transferring an account or access to it to others, using someone else's account.

  3. Registering with inaccurate information or with someone else's email address.

  4. Use of the service by a person who has not reached the age of 18 years or by a person whom the law prohibits from using it.

6. What the Operator does in case of a breach

  1. Refuses to carry out a deal or an operation.

  2. Restricts access to features of the service or blocks the account as provided in the Terms of Service.

  3. Passes information to government authorities where the law requires it.

  4. A dispute in a deal where a breach has been found is reviewed under the Dispute Resolution Rules.

  5. The User can contest the Operator's measures by email to support.

7. How to report a breach

  1. Report a breach, a suspicious invitation or message to support at test@example.invalid.
